Common questions
Questions families ask before applying.
If your question is not here, the admissions team is one message away.
What year groups are currently open for applications?
Aspire accepts applications for all year groups from EYFS through to Year 11 (IGCSE). Availability varies by year group and term. The admissions team can confirm current space at the time of enquiry. The best first step is to reach out directly.
What documents do I need to apply?
You will need: an original birth certificate, passport copies for non-Egyptian students, passport-sized photos of the student and both parents, a behaviour reference from the previous school, and the student's most recent two years of academic records. Full details are on the Required Documents page.
How long does the admissions process take?
From first enquiry to receiving an offer typically takes one to three weeks, depending on the year group, document readiness, and whether an assessment is required. Families who have their documents ready and complete a campus visit early tend to move through the process quickly.
Is a school visit required before applying?
A visit is strongly recommended but not mandatory before submitting an application. Most families find that the campus visit answers questions that no website can fully address, and it helps the admissions team understand your family's needs better.
What is the school's language of instruction?
Aspire follows the British curriculum and the primary language of instruction is English. Arabic is taught as a subject at all stages. The school community is bilingual and all parent communications are provided in both English and Arabic.
Can my child join mid-year?
Yes. Aspire accepts mid-year applications subject to availability. The admissions team will assess the student's current academic level and confirm whether a place can be offered. The transition process is designed to be as smooth as possible for families joining outside the standard September intake.
What is the fee structure?
Fee details are shared directly with families during the admissions process. Please contact the admissions team for a current fee schedule. Fees vary by year group and stage.
How do I book a campus tour?
Use the booking calendar on the Book a Tour page to select a date and time directly. Alternatively, contact the admissions team by phone, email, or WhatsApp to arrange a visit that works for your schedule.
