Selection Criteria
Language Proficiency
- IELTS Band 7 or higher
- TOEFL iBT score 94–100
- Or pass Aspire's English assessment (1,000 EGP)
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in English Language, English Literature, Education, or related field
- Strong motivation to grow professionally
