Aspire International school is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Gerard Mc Andrew as the school principal for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year.
Mr. Gerard has held the position of principal in a number of international schools in Cairo, Tanta, and Suez, and has previously held senior management roles in Turkey and China.
Originally from Ireland, Mr. Gerard has worked in the field of education for over 25 years. He attended the University of Maynooth, studying for a Bachelor’s degree in English and History. He later took up studies at Trinity College Dublin where he qualified with an honors Postgraduate Degree in Education.
Mr. Gerard’s international experience spans from Ireland to Turkey, including time in the Middle East and Asia. During that time he has worked in the British, I.B., and American systems of education.
