Job Overview: We’re looking for a skilled Social Media Manager and Photographer/Videographer to highlight our school’s distinctive environment and document the school’s daily activities. The ideal candidate should excel in photography and videography, be adept at social media, and passionate about crafting engaging, diverse content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation – Photography and Videography:

• • Proficiently use Canon R6 and Canon 90D cameras for capturing high-quality photographs and videos.
  • Edit and produce engaging visual content for social media, marketing, and the school website.
  • Create a variety of multimedia materials, including short reels, interviews, and promotional videos.

• Social Media Management:

• • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the school’s vision and goals.
  • Manage the school’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and leverage social media trends to increase engagement and reach.

• Community Engagement:

• • Foster an interactive online community, engaging with students, parents, staff, and the wider community.
  • Share updates, achievements, and compelling stories of the school and its members.
• Analytics & Reporting:

• • Analyze social media and content performance using analytics tools.
  • Provide insights and reports on engagement metrics, suggesting improvements.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in photography and videography.
• Proven track record in social media management, with demonstrable results in growing and engaging an online community.
• Previous experience in educational or multicultural settings is preferred but not essential.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Experienced in using Canon R6 and Canon 90D cameras.
• Familiarity with social media management tools.

Qualifications:

• Strong storytelling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field is preferred.
