Admission Officer Job Description

Serving as a source of information for potential applicants and helping them with the admissions process and ensuring that all applicants receive a positive impression of the school. Dealing with admissions queries from parents made in person, by telephone, and by email.


  • Accepting and filtering student applications
  • Assessing applications according to our eligibility criteria
  • Organizing and filing admission documentation
  • Providing consultations with prospective students when requested
  • Communicate with applicants about their application status, including acceptance/rejection
  • Responding to information requests
  • Participating in (or delivering) info sessions if needed
  • Participating in schools exhibitions
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant degrees
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • 1-3 years experience in students admission
  • Must have attention to detail and be highly organized
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be comfortable working with large databases and doing most daily work on the computer
  • Professional email and phone communication is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
