Admission Officer Job Description
Serving as a source of information for potential applicants and helping them with the admissions process and ensuring that all applicants receive a positive impression of the school. Dealing with admissions queries from parents made in person, by telephone, and by email.
Responsibilities
- Accepting and filtering student applications
- Assessing applications according to our eligibility criteria
- Organizing and filing admission documentation
- Providing consultations with prospective students when requested
- Communicate with applicants about their application status, including acceptance/rejection
- Responding to information requests
- Participating in (or delivering) info sessions if needed
- Participating in schools exhibitions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant degrees
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- 1-3 years experience in students admission
- Must have attention to detail and be highly organized
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be comfortable working with large databases and doing most daily work on the computer
- Professional email and phone communication is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
